β β β β β We went there to retrieve a watch we bought for my son after we decided not fix it because it cost us close to a new watch. While at the mall 1st Jan 2020 around 1pm noon, we went in to give the receipt to the storekeeper, while waiting, she processes the order of a watch buyer first though we came in earlier. I asked her what took her so long to retrieve our watch, she said she only has 1 computer and it takes time. Obviously we were there first. I won't buy any watch from this shop nor any of its branch. Bad customer service.

Spouse meant to get me a watch from a brand i wanted that city chain claimed to carry as authentic and official malaysia distributors. We Paid cash over the counter and had the store employee posted it over the week, but when we receive it, it is definitely fake watch!! it was Clearly seen even from the box (different from original brandβs packaging) the unprofessional manuals (low quality printing) and from the quality of the watch they sent us (flimsy low-quality metal). Moreover, they sent us the dongle model that are not even listed on the brandβs official website!!! (Which are totally different from what we agreed over the counter where we shown the lady the exact model we wanted!).
Yet to mention that the price that we paid were the original price!! (as per listed at the official brandβs website!). Totally horrible and traumatic experience, would never expect this scam from a store as big as city chain (and they dared to claim they carry the authentic product!). Would never recommend this store and definitely would never comeback. They deserves no star at all.
