★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my PC for repair. Not only my problem not solved, he formatted my drive without backing up the whole C drive. I assumed he will back up everything. But he just backed up what is in the My Documents ?. Be careful to tell them explicitly what to backup.
After reading your reply, there was no miscommunication as you said. I told Ranjit to backup everything, and he said OK. Later he said he only backup My Documents folder. I asked him why? And he said systems and programs folder no need to backup...?. I just was dumbfounded and speechless
