★ ★ ★ ★ ★ today saya pegi klinik untuk checkup kaki saya baru exciden, ur staff tak cuci luka pun, nthen just bagi paracetamol?? ubat luka tkda bagi, inikan untuk cuci luka pun takda suruh pegi beli dekat farmasi!? klinik ke apa ni?
bayar consult sampai RM30 just untuk bayar air liur sahaja ke apa? pleaseee do somethinggg banyak bad review about yr klinik. check patient pun mcm check tak check?
even mc pun bagi 1 day only? dengan luka ibu jari teruk, ambil staf tak educated ke? why treat patient sampai macam ni?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this clinic to check for pregnancy on 27/7. The doctor did a urine test and it clearly came out positive but she claimed it was a "hormone surge" and told me to check again after a week. She gave me an antibiotic for my sore throat, even after my blood test results indicated no infection was present. I miscarried the next day and later found out sadly that the antibiotic prescribed was actually harmful for pregnant women below 20 weeks.
I had the same experience at the Melawati branch which I visited on 22/7, where the doctor claimed I was having a "hormone imbalance" after my period was delayed by nearly 2 weeks, when I really was already pregnant. She did not order a urine or blood test to back up her claim.
Please check thoroughly who you hire for your clinic. The experience I've had from these two visits has been unpleasant and emotionally damaging. Definitely will not be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting patiently for denggi test result, negative then she cant identify my virus due to machine blood test rosak.. Giving my ubat setamol - paracetamol and tahan sakit, after trying to consume the medicine, i always puke until my own perut sakit. I did what it ask, eat then take medicine. I sedih sebab doctor tak check what is it and depend on what us told like owh i probably have a denggi, nak buat denggi test and thats it, no check up like what happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom (58 years old) went to the clinic today (7.50pm) because she had been feeling unwell for few days. The nurse asked her to wait -- until 8.35pm, still waiting.
"Doktor solat."
And they can't even say to my mom earlier? And they keep saying "tunggu ye makcik" but until when? If she does not ask, then will nobody tell her anything?
I have been to this clinic before and the experiences were not nice - it's awful. Definitely will never come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for medical checkout with very high expectation. Had very bad experience. Seriously! Does a checkup and results/report take 3 hrs to complete? MD please be more emphatic to your patients. Hear them out before making your ‘professional’ opinion. Staff please improve. Had to take ECG test 3 times. Don’t put the blame on the cables! To others, please don’t be discouraged by my personal experience. Management please help improve your service. You have good branding to sustain and I believe you have the potential to grow
