It has simple food that has been cooked well. Totally feels home cooked yet done at a perfectionist level. We got the fried fish, sotong, prawn omelet, veg and otah. The fish was very well done, fried crispy with fish smell as it was fresh. The simple seasoning allow the fish sweetness and flavor come through. The omelet was also great, soft with big prawns. The sotong was also a highlight, samba stir fry but with prawns added, which we didn't expect. 4 of us ended up eating 2 omletes, one veg, one otah, 2 fish, one sotong coming up to just 172rm. Awesome value and taste!

One of our popular place for a home cooked style family dinner which kids also love. The place is cozy and with air-con environment. The parking is a breeze here and the prices and services adequate. Probably the order place one can order the telor bomb dish, a skillful deep fried whole eggs which both kids and adults enjoy. The menu is limited and the food is ready faster than most places we have visited so far. The crispy outside and soft and juicy inside dish of deep fried fish served with sambal Belachan is also a must try here. Update MCO. 1 May. For our Labour dinner we called found out standard meals are available for self-collection. We ordered fried fish, fried french beans, sambal petai with prawns and sotong and telur bomb. Service is fast.

It’s not really up to expectations, ordered Asam Fish Head and a sambal squid but they mixed with prawns and the most unacceptable is the prawn more than squid, then why not called it as sambal prawn instead.. adding on rice and drinks for 2pax which cost me about RM80. Pricey

Such a classic old place. Been here since a kid. Had to NOT order the assam fish as it was too sour frm the last time. Loved the sambal sotong and prawns !

Family runned place . Menu is very limited . Guess they decided to serve only what they think are their best dishes. I recommend the sambal peta sotong prawns and the deep fried fish. Not cheap tho .

For a start, its not your typical assam pedas dish, its kuah assam ya. Its best to get half a fish masak assam, sambal udang petai, kangkung belacan and their homemade otak otak as well. Pricing wise, its a bit above average but its worth every ringgit you pay. Shop is being run by an old couple and their son would help out as well. Friendly family, serving good, delicious food. Shop is extremely clean and bight . Easy parking.
