β β β β β A pleasant experience for wedding photoshoot in City Image.
The shop adheres to strict SOP where they sanitise every customers who enter to their store. As for the photoshooting day, they require their customer to perform swab test to ensure that they are safe to enter. Overall, this part deserves a 5 stars ? for safety.
I would like to thank Ms Ling (the sales person) who assisted me and my husband throughout the process from the beginning, appointment to visit the bridal store, gown fitting session, photography session, photo viewing session and photo collection session. Her service is truly a 6 stars ? service. Her wide experience in wedding gowns are truly amazing, she choose the best attire which fits to me and and husband.
Not to forget, the make up artist, Brother Fa and his assistant, thank you for preparing me and my husband make up. Your skills are truly exceptional. ?
Thanks to the photographer as well, who coordinated the whole photo taking session.
Indoor photography was a pleasant experience as their background offers many good scenarios to take for.
Last but not least, the price ?here is superbly affordable. Unlike some bridal stores in town, City Image don't distinguish premium and non premium dress. All dress is seen as equal good quality unless the couple request for more dress and attire. Some bridal stores in town started off with a low price package but the dress selection are very average and making customers to pay more to get better and nicer dress.
Sales here are not pushy and they maintain a professional attitude.
I would highly recommend young couples, young family, pregnant mummy and even family with grown up kids to come here and take.
Parking here is quite easy to find except if you come at peak hours like lunch time and dinner time.

β β β β β Another pleasant experience at City Image today for my gown rental for my actual day wedding.
I would like to thank the salesperson, Ah Ling (Ms Ling) for assisting both me and and partner to find the best and suitable gown and suit for us.
Ah Ling's professional attitude can never be challenged as after few months after my last studio photoshoot, she still know what kind of gown and suit which is suitable for my husband and I. She even have our records on our sizing kept in the system. She ensure that her bride and groom is well dressed and prepared on their actual day. For such after sales service, I will give a 10 stars ? plus another 10 stars ?.
Rental of gown and suit here on the actual day is very affordable. For this, I will give it a thumbs up ? for their pricing.
City Image still practice strict SOPs in their store even for new or returning customers. This is truly ?? professional attitude.
Beside that, Ah Ling have given some advice on how to pose, dress their clothes, and how the groom pick up the bride during the actual day during this pandemic season. Truly, City Image employees are caring to their customer β₯οΈ
Her wide experience for marriage during this pandemic period, she have gave advice for young bride and groom like us on what we should take care of and how we should conduct our wedding. This is really out of the scope of bridal store as I been to the most expensive bridal store in PJ, their job is just to sell their package and close deal, but ignoring their customer and their family health and safety during the actual day wedding especially during this pandemic period.
Thank you Ah Ling for everything. And I will remember your words to us, "I will ensure the bride and groom under my care be the most blessed (εΉΈη¦) and beautiful couple on the actual day".

With her rich experiences in related field, she be able to provide fast and accurate advices to me. Example. She be able to tell which gown fits me the best for the first time fitting.
She is a friendly, cute and lovely consultant who I believe she can meet any brideβs expectations.
Besides that, the other team members like make up artist and photographer who also provided great services, we are very satisfied with the photo album and their services.

β β β β β It was a great experience with City Image. Special thanks to Sean who I highly recommend to anyone whoβs looking for wedding consultant. He is so calm, friendly and experienced during my gown selection and fitting. As for the white gown that he took out is exactly what I was looking for. Even itβs part from the signature, itβs worth every moment choosing it.
Even for the make up artist I would rate 5 stars for her. I asked for a simple natural makeup and she pulled it out as what I request for. Very friendly and experienced.
As for the photographer and his assistant done a great job too. All of the pictures turns out pretty amazed.The photos from our photoshoot turned out great and we had a hard time selecting the photos but Sean was very helpful and honest during the photo selection. He gave the ideas based on his experiences to complete our photo book before our wedding which reached our expectation.
Thank you again Sean and all the teams for everything. Love it!!
