โ โ โ โ โ Mr Prathap went the extra mile to retrieve my "lost" parcel from Temerloh outlet back to Bentong. Otherwise this parcel will be going back and forth from Shah Alam to Temerloh due to data entry error of the poscode abbreviation at Shah Alam. Thank you very much my parcel arrived safely to my family. Thanks to the special effort made!

โ โ โ โ โ Their Bentong hub really slow. Parcel sitting in the hub for few days and nobody bother to deliver to customer who is in Bentong. Don't ever use City Link. This is my regret
