★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow! Should open 3counter receive parcel and not the multiple counter but not doing anything!!! Lazy staff! If you only ask a thing then they will answer you without polite way. Better learn from abc until u know how to talk to people. Upgrade the counter then we will rate u better. Not always make an excuse that your line speed is slow?. Upgrading is not the reason u are slow????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rarely encounter issues with PosLaju services or you could say it's almost none, but not this time. Perhaps you guys next time need to inform earlier before getting paid for your services if any postman couldn't hand over the package to receiver themselves although the location isn't exactly very far from the post office itself. Self collect at the counter? Yeah sure, I can do that. However, when we were actually there to enquire and even to collect, not only all of the people had to queue very long but also mostly there is only one counter available while at the same time being handled by just one person. I can understand if there are shortage of manpower as I do feel bad but, please refer to these issues above. I don't blame the person in-charge behind the counters or the customer service, but to whoever left that responsibility behind. Frankly I'm upset, the package was put on hold there since 3-4 days ago due to closure for both weekend and public holidays, yet couldn't even grab my important package in hand on time today although I've been visiting for three times with stand-still queues. Guessed that if I need to use courier within this area, I'd rather use others instead of PosLaju. Big nope for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breaktime from 12:30 to 2:30, i was supposed to get my parcel during my breaktime but they also had the same time of breaktime. i suggest they atleast have one person to take over the releasing of parcels because not all people can go there since we also have work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i lost my ordered item when it arrived , they did not send off notification to me and without my acknowledgement and permission , the staff return my order back to sender as i presummed. I am seeking legal order to retreive my money back from this post office or to the staff responsible to direct my order return ed without my permision. the staffs have not customers skill and too lazy in doing their job right.
