★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Although I had missed my parcel. It still took a long time for my parcel to be eventually (or never) to arrive. Its been 4 weeks now still waiting for my parcel . Still haven't got updates. I even called them, they also asked for my contact to notify me of my parcel status. Still haven't received any notification/updates from them after 2 weeks. Please improve your services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the worst courier services ever encountered.
Accidentally had a typo on shopee contact, but the address is an apartment where ALL delivery can only be dropped at lobby.
Called the branch to enquire possibility to collect parcel by myself, was told to wait for them to track the parcel and they will call me back. It's been almost a week no feedback at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service, called for self collection after 3 days of non-delivery (tracking notes saying customer requested for late delivery somemore when no call was ever made), being told to reach by 630pm when it closes at 530pm. What a way to fool around customer who needs the part urgently!!! Called HQ, nothing can be done, then I said leave a note for self collection the next day. Call the branch to collection the next day, they said the parcel is out with driver. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needs a system to manage customers (mostly unhappy ones, it seems!) coming in and better customer service training (greet people when they come in or at the very least, acknowledge them)
Kinda pity the staff working here but if the company is not willing to put in a queue/CMS system and their drivers keep eff-ing up, their counter staff are naturally going to be swamped.
I guess you get what you pay for? I hate the fact I had to raise my voice and act angry to get attention from the staff here minutes after the same just happened. Get your stuff together, Citilink!
If you don't fix your system and training, you are in a downward cycle of suckiness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER!!! THEY SHOULD HAVE JUST CEASED THEIR ENTIRE OPERATION!!! The driver just never contacted me whenever they attempt delivery; however in the tracking stated that the parcel has been delivered to different receiver...try to avoid using CITY-LINK for your own sake. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. The counter girl printed out the wrong shipper name/address and also recipient name/address, asked us to confirm it. When we said it is wrong, she still find herself right and have to take time explaining to her she gave us someone else shipping details. She has to retype everything again. To ship just 1 parcel, it took me more than 30mins for her just to type out the details.. Gosh!
