Can't rely on their notification. Indicated at 10am as 'out for delivery' and i waited to at home for the parcel for 5 hours and by 3pm the notification suddenly changed to 'undelivered due to held back' . They should inform customers earlier if they do not plan to deliver the parcel on Saturday and at least we can decide to go to their office for collection. Also what for if parcel can't reach by next day after posted as we pay for the speed and also higher fees. They themselves can't even achieve their own slogan 'next day delivery service'. Please improve your system and services.

Started shipping with GDEX last MCO and customers always received parcels in good condition within 2 days. Lately they've really stepped up their game and customers are receiving parcels (PG-KL) in under 24 hours! I'm really impressed. Appreciating the newly renovated Dato Keramat branch as well. Staff are always polite, helpful and patient. They're always very nice even if I lodge in parcels after closing time, hehe.

GDex service is so bad...they didnt even call me to deliver my parcel but shipment status showed as access not allowed..I really dont understand. Tried to call Penang branch no pick up..i am totally lost i still have not receivelarcel for almost a week..

When I received call from delivery man, I sent my son to the Guard House to pick up the parcel, but the delivery man is not there. I called back to that number, he said will delivery on Wednesday 20/4/2022. Today, I check the tracking, and I found out that the status explained the unsuccessful delivery was due to Customer Request for Rescheduled. What an irresponsible answer.

Execelent customer service as always, been getting services from this place for past 8 years, staffs are always friendly n helpful.. the place has a new look.. more spacious n looks neat.. Recommended centre to get ur courier services

One of the worst experiences I had at Dato Keramat GDex outlet. The Malay woman who attended me was incompetent, Ill informed, unprofessional, rude and unfriendly, without a smile or a polite tone in her voice. She made her tone so loud that all the customers started looking at us. I wanted to send some papers overseas and I confirmed with one of the staff two days ago who told me the rate and confirmation on a piece of paper. When I asked this lady named "Hani" she out-rightly denied the possibility of sending documents to my destination. When I told her that I already confirmed from one your colleagues and showed her the rate written by her colleague on a piece of paper, she refused to acknowledge that, saying "this is not handwriting of our staff". Meaning that I was lying. I literally had to argue with her to convince her to go ahead and process my papers. But she kept on saying that there's no guarantee that your papers will reach the destination. Just imagine! Will any courier company afford to say that to its customers??? When I asked her to confirm the rate she retaliated with anger that,"I am not cheating you Sir" which I never meant but I only wanted to confirm the same rate as told by her colleague the other day. She asked my passport no assuming that I am a foreigner because I was speaking English to her, which I replied that I have IC. She asked me the number and when I told her the number, she said," This is not an IC number" I mean, how could you respond to such a counter staff? Is she working in KDN?? Only when I showed her my IC then she started keying in the details. I repeated that I need to know the rate before you proceed, she insisted that she had to "Key in my details" to quote me the rate of that country!!! Which is ridiculous as the other girl straightaway told me the rate without even entering any of my personal information( When I told her that you don't require all that info to tell me the charges , she became furious & asked me to wait until she finished keying-in. At this point her colleague "Tanish" advised her to give quote first & if agreed then proceed with the data input of consignment. Anyway, when she told me the rate, it was exactly the same as what her colleague told me the other day. This proved that she was wrong & she misled the customer saying "your papers cannot be sent to this country" or "the rate was not quoted by our staff" or "this is not an IC number" etc etc When I asked her to show me the label address she had typed in, she reluctantly printed out and showed to me. As I suspected, there were many mistakes in that. My name was wrong, the sender's address was incomplete, even the destination county name was wrongly spelled. When I asked her to correct all those mistakes, she refused to do that and asked her colleague to handle me saying "First he wanted me to print, now he wants the label to be cancelled & make corrections. You handle him now. And grumbled something like that this is a fussy customer" and went inside "fuming" with anger. I had to move to the other staff, whose name was "Tanesh". I must say that he handled all my questions very professionally with a cool & collected composure. Followed my instructions about the destination address precisely and corrected the other staff's mistakes. Printed a new label and only after my cross-checking and confirmation, sealed the pack and completed the job. I must say that staff like "Hani" should never be put on the customer service position as she's not capable or trained to do it. She doesn't have the temperament. She should work behind the scenes in store or sorting packages, but never at the counter to be a face of "GDex" If she remained in service of Gdex, she will make sure the company image is spoiled with her attitude and shoo the customers away to go elsewhere and GDex will go into loss.She should be asked to leave to save the company. Nevertheless there's still hope as long as GDex has customer service staff like "Tanesh" who knows his job very well, competent and completely professional.
