β β β β β Actually not worth even 1 star. Maybe Google should allow review with no star. Not worth using this courier service. Bad service is not even the word to describe it. Don't worry, they wont answer your call (hotline, customer service hotline, general line) they wont reply to you via their own online form, email?! maybe it takes time for electronic mail to reached their email server located on Jupiter or Mars or Neptune. Who knows...
