★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff smoking n grouping together without distancing. U wan expect customer get virus as well after u grouping or just one infected is enough to kill all. Besodes if the service asst do not well educate or knowledge do not simply tell customer about waiting part to 3 months. When customer call to proton part centre they hv available stock. The onwer of this pls do send ur staff to course or urself be there to get ur customer well informed. So sad proton wanna be classy but cant get work done just because of lack everything it should be.

The point is third party store have those parts, but official Proton don't have stock and Proton authorized service center must get from them.

It took me about 2.5 hours to get my one spare part which I had already called ahead to make sure they had stock. There were only 3 people before me yet the wait was so long

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place an order for absorber + stabiliser (X50) on early December 2021...was informed the delivery take 3-4 weeks due to year-end stock take ..but after waited for more than 6 weeks & when I called the parts centre... was told they are aware but still unable to provide details when the parts can be deliver to the workshop ?
