Poor delivery !! Low in efficiency!! Stuffโ€™s attitude is super bad !! Tell them about the parcel, and they will only say that too many parcels need to be delivered. I really doubt that someone will choose such a bad company. At first, I was also one of the fools. At one attempt, I never looked back. Juz want to say to the public pls dun used this !

The receptionist is not helpful at all and not very good manners. She just say she don't know and will not try to find ways to solve my need.

Service = no complaints. Payment = CASH only. Although, the TnG sticker is pasted at the entrance. Please provide = eWallet, or Debit/Credit Card payment service. Malaysia is going cashless.

Very poor customer service handling. Called to enquire the most basic and simple question - what is the maximum acceptable weight and dimension for a single parcel, but after an 11-minute call going in rounds I still haven't gotten a complete answer yet. I wanted to ship out 20 pieces of PE foam. Each piece of PE foam weights 5kg with a dimension of 122cm x 122cm x 10cm. I am aware that if I ship all 20 pieces in one parcel, it is going to exceed the maximum acceptable weight and dimension. Therefore, I called to enquire regarding the maximum weight and dimension so that I know how many parcels I should seperate them into. First the lady asked me what am I sending, this question is understandable, so I answered "PE Foam". I can understand that there is a great chance not a lot of people understand what PE foam is, but the annoying part was the lady kept asking again and again what am I sending, what is the material made of. I have no better way to explain what PE foam is because PE Foam itself is a type of material. So I ask whether it's possible for her to check online but her reply doesn't sound any friendly nor did she sound like she were there to help. "Macam mana I nak check?", she replied. Well, I can still understand, but if you do not know what the material that I was referring to is, and I have already explained to you PE foam itself is a kind of material and that I have no better way to explain what is it, then please stop repeating the same question over and over again, but rather move on by answering my direct question, or at least try to ask other questions that help. Yet she countinued: "Apa material tu? Plastic ke besi ke?"... "Apa yang you nak hantar? Machinery ke?"... Anything but giving me the answers I need, nor trying to help out. I then tried to proceed to giving other information hoping that it would help. I informed them that my items can add up to a total of 100kg, and 122cm x 122cm x 200cm in sizes, but before I could finish, she interupted that parcel this big and heavy they cannot ship. Then I continued my sentence trying my best to explain that this is the reason I called, I wanted to know what their acceptable maximum weight and dimensions are, so that I can split my items into various parcels that fulfil their parcel requirement. The lady repeated: "But I need to know what you to send, apa material tu, besi ke machinery ke..." Eventually, I managed to ask her to provide a figure for maximum weight and parcel size. Her answer was "30kg, sizes that can fit into lorry"... I am rather speechless. I refined my question by asking for the maximum acceptable size, and surprisingly the answer I got again was: "sizes that can fit into our lorry"...

I like their services. Especially the driver who drives my home. He called me to inform me that my parcel had arrived my home. Unfortunately, there isnt anyone in the house. I asked him to help check what parcel it is. Will it be fragile item? He go check his lorry compartment. He told me it is fragile item. I asked him to leave me the card of collection. Normally many driver will not do so. This driver is very kind. Keep up the good service Citi-Link ??
