โ โ โ โ โ Poor service. Late responsive from the staff. They call me to deliver delivery on 9/6(tuesday) but they not deliver on time. They ask me to change address or collect pascel in branch because of delivery boy went to the wrong location.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst delivery ever I seen. Even other courier service is better than this.When people at home they still cannot delivery the items and asking me to come and take the item. I am not sure actually who is working in citylink is it me or the person in charge. Please seller dont send the items through this courier and making us stress ever!

โ โ โ โ โ Is no worth to give any star,even one star also no worth to give it! They no pass parcel to receiver and never go to receiver's home but still notice that is out of delivery? What is logic? And also call to customer service and cut my phone call, after that call me and promise that what time you will return and send the parcel to me,but I wait until few hours, until few days, still haven't receive anything!!! Is ZERO PROMISE!!!
