★ ★ ★ ★ ★ walaupun office dah nak tutup still bole layan customer walaupun setakat query je.. ??.. staff yang jaga counter juga ramah.. masih mampu senyum ketika berurusan dengan pelanggan..
even though the office is about to close, you can still serve customers, even as far as queries are concerned .. ?? .. the staff in charge of the counter is also friendly .. still able to smile when dealing with customers ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place a couple of times. For some reason, the place is always opened 5 minutes later than the actual opening time (8.30 am). When knocking the door at 8.30 am, the staff inside didn't bother to open the door, although they were aware there were customers waiting already. Please be more punctual and improve your customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tracking says attempted delivery failed at 4am and 8am. Either their system is broken or they're being dishonest because I'm home 24 hours a day. Not recommended if you want to receive your packages on time.
