β β β β β So unhappy with the staff's service in the MBE here, I had went to tons of MBE and this is the only branch that charge 50sen per fragile sticker. I tried to ease their work by packing the items into the flyers, they even ask me to pack on the floor and not on the table because I might block the other customer's way but isn't their service helping customers' to pack their parcels ? and now even ask me to pack on the floor ? I'm really unhappy with the staff here, the worst MBE branch I had ever went.

1. Please monitor and train the front counter crews especially in managing the customers/people who send/pick out the items. Provide solutions for the customers who deal with problems, not about being selfish.
2. If there is a self service drop items counter, please put any description on the box, so that the customers will fully enlightened on the directions.
3. Please be efficient - not have a mindset that, βthis is not my problem.β Send out the items according to the time stamp, not delaying the items.
4. Please do have a good relation with both sides - customers and the one who picked out the parcels.
5. Please take note on the issues, and enhance your services.
Edit: There is an improvement towards the services! Kudos to the management and crews!

β β β β β Good convenient location but the customer service can be improved. Front staff was not friendly or courteous, more interesting in chatting with colleagues and playing with phone.

β β β β β Free parking, just walk in and drop off the packages, staff will scan immediately. But they no longer accept Lazada parcels, only shopee parcels. You may have to self service arrange the packages into their designated trays in this branch after staffs had scan the packages.
