I already explained which is verryy simple.. called again and explained again.. then didnβt call anymore.. and I think he gave up.. sounds like a young guy, doesnβt know the road or canβt use a gps.. really my house is at main road, not newly develop area.. it is old area otw to Melaka town, everyone from Melaka will know the landmark I explain...
Checked tracking and see package already deliver yesterday but not yet.. the point is I think the guy gave up

β β β β β I call many times the office phone number... No one answer.. And my parcel at there had beer almost two weeks and didn't even wanna call back me to rearrange the parcel delivery.... Others company will call me to rearrange the parcel delivery, how come this company didn't does it like that!!! And I didn't get any phone call when the parcel arrive at my house, I go and check the tracking number, it said receiver not in home... And that time I was in my house

β β β β β I ordered something from KL and I foresee that it will be delivered in these few days. As last Friday to Sunday, I was away from home, I have been trying to call citylink not to deliver my parcel. Disappointedly, I tried calling all branches in Melaka numerous times, nobody picked up the call. Today as I was out again, I dropped by citylink kota laksamana to find out the status of my parcel, I was told that it was left outside my house. My concern is, the content of my parcel cannot be exposed under the sun and it is very costly. As of now, it is already under the sun for more than 3 hours. What can Citylink do to compensate me?
