Dr Yeo has been a very skillful and competent dentist in her work be it among young children or adult patient. She carefully explain what procedures she will be performing and educate the reason why before proceeding. I'm happy to met such a skillful and caring dentist who is also concerned about young patient teeth health besides being kind, understanding, and friendly dentist that is able to connect to young children. Do keep up the good work and hope the business will flourish with many patients. Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having several horrible dental experiences in the past & being someone who is very particular with my dental treatments, my experience here at Ooi Dental Clinic is a definite 10/10.
Warm, welcoming clinic with a friendly and pleasant team. Before visiting Dr.Cindy , I already had in mind what I wanted to get done. Before commencement of the treatment, they arranged an x-ray scan for me & from then, Dr.Cindy explained alternative treatment options that were more effective & reliable in the most professional manner. I received an in depth explanation of the treatment plan prior and during the treatment. The patience and time taken to explain is of paramount importance as a patient as it gave me a ton of assurance going forward with the proposed procedures. I am truly satisfied with the end result of my initial visit and surely looking forward to my upcoming follow up sessions with her !
They too did a great job with the SOPs by keeping a distance in the waiting area, keeping the treatment area clean whilst carrying out the treatment in appropriate PPEs.
An overall splendid clinic experience here with Dr.Cindy and the team!
