i send it several time with this express company already. I dont know what‘s wrong and problem with this citylink@kulai’s staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst courier I have dealt with. Re arranged for delivery and they acknowledged the date and time requested. But no delivery done despite me waiting at home the whole day. And no one picks up the phone for delivery queries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont put a phone number there if your staff is lazy in picking up the phone. Dont you know by phone communication is a good way to speed up yr process? Better close the shop if your staff dont wish to work. Get salary but dont do their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fed up and frustrated with the customer service and also irresponsible staff. The staff failed to deliver the parcel but stated in tracking system that " receiver requested later delivery". The staff did not contacted me at all and I was at home whole day. Very bad and poor delivery service and not professional at alll.
