★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am from Lunas, Kulim, my Shopee seller in BM, package arrived at City Link Kulim 7 days ago, until now has no sign to deliver my package, how many days more should i wait? Sorry for the seller, because of using city link, i will give him only 1 star..
P/s: Just to update, as at today 31/8/21 i have yet received my parcel! Crazy..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malaysia worst courier service city-link kulim. Delay is second matter, when we call, they don't want to respond... if we buy a things by online, we pay for courier. Its not free. So u need response to us. Since 3 days directly I call them, but x response... not everyone riders, ther got a admin, why she never answer the call. Very poor responsive and services... Please don't send ur parcel by city link... ?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Item from july 2020 until now not arrived!!!!!when asking they said dont know…sbb barang dah lama…bila tanya rekod?x da sebab brang dah lama…..nonsense!!!!x kan x dak rekod or x smpan rekod….!!!!suggestion for citylink!!!better close the facility!!!!this is important thing la stupid!!!!!!benda penting faham!!!!!no manners!

Sometimes 5.30pm already closed, no discipline at all.
We habis kerja 6pm, mau hantar pun x dapat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If anyone want/use this service i advise you should not. Staff (Atiqah) and rider quite arrogant and lack Of Professionalism. My parcel has been wrong delivered and there were no action from them. It also contain Private Document and could be dangerous if dropped to wrong place/person.
They said it take 1 day to resolve this problem but have been a week and there were no actions they take. They also dont answer call and ignore you.
