★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please fire all the staff and rehire new batch of people. Ring the bell but can heard a lot of people are playing inside but don want open the door. Second time ring the bell then the staff shout from inside: ' sabarlah'... after few minute still didn't open the door. Better close it and don waste the money hire those useless pp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been wait 16 days.....5 August until 20 August,my parcel still haven't received, ok....your company said want to self-quarantine....then I wait, Wednesday i call, customer service said Thursday was ship out, i wait.....today already friday,the delivery status still at the transit......what the problem now...... Call the customer service still haven't picked up the phone....where is your company services....poor service...... Can u tell me what services u all provide.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Already 2 days my parcel stuck there. What are they doing???? Really regret that I choose this courier. Better choose jnt on shopee. It could arrived here today if I use jnt. While use city link no progress shown. Irresponsible workers. Very lazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Citylink Muar is very poor of service. Don’t use their service. Out for delivery since 11 am, but until almost 12 am ni delivery made to my house. Bad management, bad service. Not recommended
