β β β β β Already though official live agent to apply for self collect and the live agent also inform that receiver need to self collect within today. I rushed to the branch address that live agent given but the admin said the parcel transit to another store already but due to I just want to get my parcel so nevermind and I went for the next branch that the admin let to know. When I reached the next branch, they said the parcel out of delivery already.??? Are you kidding me????? I apply to official platform first before go for self collect and I rushed for 2 places to get the notification of the parcel out of delivery already????? So how could the live agent told me can go for pick-up already????? I'm look so free???? After that, I ask to the official live agent again. The live agent just said that they already highlight for the branch to ready for receiver to self collect. No sense of responsibility!!!!! Waste the customer's time to rush for nothing!!!!!! Terrible service!!!!!!

Queued for nearly 3 hours, then suddenly said need to close at 4.30pm. Should have said earlier and ask people to write their details. Waste customers' time,energy and money for nothing. Also, prioritize someone they know who come later, but got the parcel when others who come hours earlier need to go home and come again the next day. What is this behavior?! Pity to the shorthanded staff but the process was also not systematic at all.
