β β β β β Worse company ever!!! DO NOT USE CITYLINK EVER... Customer service is really bad, no manners at all. They dont even know what they r doing. Very Rude. I have waited for my order to deliver more than a month i have called them 100 times. They just transfer call to each other like a game and each person ask for my tracking number in the end, end the call. And when i called back no one will answer. I haven't received my order at all. Really Frustrated hope this company will close down soon with this kind of employees.

β β β β β WORST company ever! Took more than 2 weeks to deliver a domestic parcel, customer service forever passing the line and hold forever. Lousy max. There are so many other courier services out there, DO NOT USE CITYLINK! Canβt even provide the basic service.

β β β β β my parcel arrived at Rawang branch since 23/1, till now they cannot deliver some more worst I CANNOT COLLECT MYSELF TOO ... cause they said system down since 3 days ago they unable locate my parcel
and rang for more than 10 times no body want to answer the phone call

β β β β β My Parcel on 3 Feb'21, 8:27am already arrived at station Rawang, but until now (5 Feb'21) the parcel still keep in station, nothing to do sorting or ready to distribute?. The other courier service like DHL, JnTοΌ GDex is really good service. First time choose to use this City Link service totally Poor Service.????

β β β β β They are very good and attentive to customer. Even they cannot deliver parcel to my place, they call and negotiate with me either to self collect or they will resend. Customer service also very polite. They take note of what customer said by placing a small notes on parcel so that they'll remember what they going to do with it later ?. Good job!
