★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely RUBBISH. Parcel's stuck in Perai for 5 full days. I had to find out through their general line that they are experiencing high traffic of delivery. Okay... but does it really take 5 days and more to clear their backlogs? Is it the customer's problem? Branch line completely unreachable. "Express" my kahunas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too bad google disallowed 0 star rating. the parcel is with the driver in Butterworth (Nazri bin Yusop) @ 9th May. He never reached out to me and just on hold the delivery, stating that receiver requested for later delivery. Today is 14th May and the driver (Nazri bin Yusop) is not delivering the parcel. I have called the customer service but they are very unhelpful, even asking me to understand. Understand what? Understand the fact that delivery from Butterworth to Bukit Mertajam is very tough? If that was the case, please cease the operation. Will boycott city link at all cost! Such a lousy delivery courier service provider!
