★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delayed so long time. I was waiting for some days. The status just show 'Overnight Parcel - Out of droppoint's business hour'. I tried to call customer service, they promise to ship yesterday, but until now no parcel arrive. Im so dissappointed, don't use this courier for urgent parcel. Very very bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If can post with no star I would rather chose no star for this company. My shopee order was supposed to be delivered by this company from 1/12/19 until 4/12/19 also cannot receive my item. Call to the branch but phone is always engaged. very very very POOR service. Service attempt was unsuccesful cos they deliver to my company at 8PM. Who work until 8PM in the office? And today 4/12/19 been waiting for my item from morning, still cannot get, are they going to send at 8PM as well?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The driver simply gave our parcel to outside runner. And the runner did not deliver even the tracking shown 'out for delivery'. Do not use this courier service if ur item is urgent. Management team must be improve!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst and bad branch, i hv called many times, maybe hundreds times. But no one pickup. Wondering whether ignored fon call or whatsoever. Really make me angry when i found out two of my customer's parcel have gone!! Almost 1 month from the drop off date. When go over the counter, u said will call me back, but until a week didn't reach any call. And my customer don't get any parcel until NOW. how u all do ur work.? Please, we pay for the survive. Not for free. Please refund or find my parcel. And please pickup the phone call!!! Hurgh. Zero star. No rating. Bad service.

Should consider the hasle that customer face , should consider this last courier by notice at least!. I am the regular customer for the past 1 year with JNT with this product . So bye2 JNT
