β β β β β 1st time walk in. 11.5.2020 . During MCO. que almost 2 hours outside the building. Citylink should simplified system to expedite the process. Info of sender and receiver key in by the staff counter... slow and when i check back at home...a few mistake on address...name and telephone no .The staff not friendly . only 1 counter available. I hope my customer received my product. from my observation...average processing time per customer with a few parcel almost 30 min. No system to monitor processing time. Customer infront me wanted to only collect his parcel was also asked to que. Pitty him...when reach his turn....the staff informed that the parcel has been return to the sender. the cost charged quite expensive . Bad experience.

β β β β β Website shows opening hours was 830am I went there around 850am but the supervisor said they will open around 9am.my question is why they are opening late since it shows they are opening around 830am.please change the timing easier for customers
