★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rider/driver of Shopee Express has been delivered my parcel to another location. They just put on counter. Irresponsible and very upset for this service. They don't deserve to get 1 star at all!!! Please change the management if you are not able to educate the driver/rider. Did you know WE PAY THE DELIVERY COST???

No evidence or picture that the item actually delivered or not..only provide the driver name but not their phone number???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service! The thing was out yesterday morning, but until evening still not arrive, then they said it was rainy day! I can understand rainy day. then today is a sunny day and there was no delivery. I checked online they got open today. I personally picked up by myself. But they never help check my tracking , just say It will be delivered on Monday, so what do you open for today? You would say that it rained yesterday and many item could not be delivered. then today is a sunny day, they will not be delivered, then customer come pick up himself, they also not give a help! If you don’t want to do your business, better you close your shop lah! wasting your time and also wasting your customer time! really is rubbish
