★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. They put in web tracking parcel was delivered but the truth is their despatch havent send out, despatch hold. When i call despatch, i am very speechless to heard “ seratus document dari bank i belum hantar i takde masa “ worst service! 3 weeks until now havent received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow delivery. Item arrived at the hub 22nd, supposed to delivered by 23rd.
Called up the hub and they admitted they received the item on 22nd. Today is 26th and still it was not dispatched out! Asked if I would come to self collect instead??
Please close up your business if you can’t provide a good and reliable courier service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel from Shopee was supposed to be delivered to my address in Cyberjaya. Not sure where the delivery guy delivered my parcel to but I did not receive it. He attached a fake proof of delivery with a faked signature of mine and updated the status to 'Delivered'. There have been slow delivery by other couriers in the past but wrong delivery address and no re-delivery, that's worst!
