★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It stated that it close on 7.30pm and I arrived at 7.30pm and it was closed... But there was still workers in there... I tried want to ask still can accept my Ladaza drop off or not... But the first and ever in my life that I was treated as a transparent glass although I stand in front face to face... I like spoke to air myself... How great is that... I really love it and I will never step into this place again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last place to go if want to drop off parcel. Have an experience keep my parcel a week. Only admit mistake when complaint to their hq and after they check with cctv. Not even say sorry when I came back to take the parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Female staff bad attitude bad service. I wanted to send golf clubs overseas. She said she doesnt know how to send, with a sour face and impatient voice. I deal with people politely. Your staff obviously has attitude problem. Well, you have loss 1 customer, permanently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs have that "I wish I'm not here" face, with the attitude to match. But I don't mind that too much if they actually do their work properly. My parcels that I have dropped off there often do not get scanned on the same day. They left them there overnight and only scan the next day. That means courier won't pickup my parcel as long as they do not scan it. Are they working too slow or just too lazy? Maybe both.
And don't bother complaining to their HQ as well. You will be in touch with people of the same attitude all the way up top. Which is why I resorted to write here.
