★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service by staff. Not too conducive for a lot of items to be shipped since there is only 1 staff available, thus the information key in process will take a long time. Item usually arrived the next day. Very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very BAD service. The worst courier in Malaysia! This is my first and last time using city-link service. I regret #1 in losing items. I sent missing item report last month. But they did not respond until now. Please avoid using this service. You’ll regret I guarantee. Tell others too.
P/s : they took a very long time to deliver your parcel & 90% they tend to will lose it (frm what i read on the net) Just saying ✌?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to CityLink Taman Tun Aminah on 4th May 2021 at 5.15 pm. The front desk girl quit unfriendly. Giving direction with 'rolling-eyes' attitude like customer have been doing the parcel thingy our whole life. Not every customer doing parcel process everyday. Maybe she just tired of work. Give her a long holiday and bring back the previous free hair girl that have a good manners and politeness towards customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to TUTA branch on 5th April 2021 at 2.15pm. Very bad customer service, no manners. The front desk staff asked for receiver’s address with a super soft tone and a black face. Asking her to repeat as I couldn’t hear clearly what she’s saying by saying “sorry could you repeat?”, she responded impatiently and gave me a look. The impatient service was given until she knew I was scanning the QR code provided, preparing to give a google review.
I’ve been to this branch for many times and for every parcel I wish to send to other places because of the quick delivery and good customer service, but this is the first time I am treated like this. Please improve the customer service. No one deserves to be treated impatiently, especially when customer treats the front desk in an extremely polite way.
