★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started posting parcels at this J&T Express 463 branch recently. The 463 staff here are much more friendly than other branches. What really impressed me is their willingness to help me.
Once every few months, I do make mistakes and declare excessive weight.
So today, my AWB had the wrong weight, and I asked the 463 staff here to help me make adjustment to correct weight/price, and they really did the correct adjustment when I checked my account statement.
Previously before this branch was opened, I used to go to the other Tasek 001 and NB 730 branch. Ever once when I asked the 001 staff to help me do adjustment, they told me nothing can be done. I am not even asking for freebie, why can’t 001 staff just do their job and help me as a regular customer?
So comparing my experience, I can gladly say I will highly recommend J&T Express 463 branch. The 463 staff are really friendly, and definitely go above and beyond to help the customer.
