β β β β β Waited for my parcel since forever and ended up I have to pick it up in Kuantan. They didn't even bother to call and the phone number on their website is not updated too. So I had to come all the way from Pekan to ask about the parcel whereabouts and pick it up. Such a hassle.

β β β β β Quite fast delivery but sometimes they cannot send to difficult address like village. Their workers only use own smartphone GPS to deliver items.

β β β β β Another courier with bad service. I post out my motorcycle a month ago until now didnt get any call. Call the branch and no one answered. I went to the office and they keep giving me excuses. How many month should I wait??? Never use this courier again!

β β β β β Why we need to self pickup? We paid for the delivery service.When checked the tracking num, the parcel still at the nation wide Kuantan. And it didnt deliver to me. Wasting time and money. Damn bad services. Gonna be my first and last using nation wide . Nampak macam malas sgt , sebelum ni guna courier lain elok sampai , ni tak jumpe alamat lah , alih2 selfpickup , tak kan ambik perkerja dari brazil sampai alamat dlm kuantan pon tak boleh nak cri sedang kan guna courier lain sampai je .

β β β β β This is my 2nd time using this courier and both times I had to get the parcel on my own at the Nationwide Depot. So pendek kata, sama macam review yang lain, Nationwide Express tak hantar barang ke rumah, perlu datang ambil sendiri.
Avoid this courier, use Poslaju instead.

β β β β β Bad experience, the worst courier center I ever enter. Closed door with no aircond. Dark..bad service..accept only cash. They can call me back to top up cause they weight it wrongly.

β β β β β What the heck!! Really bad services of Nationwide Express Courier Company!!!
Almost 14 days to get my sent item, after me myself had to get and pick it up my own parcel at the Nationwide Express regional centre. This is my second experienced, sometimes last year we had waited about 29 days to get the item, also had to picked it up our self at the same place, even though full charge had been paid for service.
To all people out there, be it individuals, Government sectors, Private sectors, On-line service merchants.. Lazada, 11Street, or other online service business, Please! Please! Please!! do not ever use this Nationwide Express Courier Service, otherwise youβll end up with disappointments!!!
