β β β β β I was cheated by this hotel cause the staff didn't inform me there were extra charges for checking in early. I was forced too pay another night extra, be very careful of staff and manager, Shan.

β β β β β They r the worst. They took 50 Rm deposite from me and they gave back 40 and they cut (stole) 10 Rm from me "tax" but they never informed me from the beginning.
Be careful .i dont recommend this hotel

β β β β β No TV signal, towel has stained. No tooth paste and brush. However, reception counter is polite and helpful. Thanks.

β β β β β Nice room, clean.. affordable price.. near by the mines , Receptionist very polite... hotel provide toothbrush shampoo and shower gel.. only donβt have tea bag in the room, then I go to mamak restaurant next to the hotel ...u can have creamy the tarik.. overall I give full rating..

β β β β β This is one of the worst hotel that I have stayed in in my entire life.
Let me start with the positive things that they have .. the room was clean and the internet was good.
The bad things:
1- although I have done an online booking, they make me wait for approximately 2 hours before checking in, to check the booking.
2- Most of those work in the reception at this hotel are not polite, untrained, and they don't know how to deal with a customer. They make me feel sick most of the time when I'm dealing with them and for no reason.
3- The left was broken down and I have to carry my own all my luggage to the upper floors since I came from a flight. And I get no assistance from the people who work in this hotel.
In short, I felt so unhappy staying in this hotel and I think I will never visited it again even if it is the only hotel in the whole world.

β β β β β The mamat restaurant below is famous for roti canai -delicious and the tarik. Recently it is close. The hotel is open. Small and neat, the perfume or air freshener does not help in the stale air in the hotel vicinity. Strategic for a night stay is okay as eating place and South City Plaza is next
