Apartment management is the worst especially staff name Eka she in admin dept, but act she the boss there, very rude and too outspoken ? she park her car anywhere in building compound the most favourite spot at visitors parking area. Which is unfair to us, our car got clamp and we received reminder, unlike her she can park anywhere. The management office have more says rather than the residence, so whats the point buying the apartment ? NO tolerance at all. Guards are more helpful than building management staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment environment is good. The only con is the management here, rude and arrogant. They have forgotten who are their boss. Without the management fee paid by the residence here they can end up to be jobless. They allowed visitor go into the premise without giving them a pass. They can't afford to paste a bigger notice to inform the visitors regarding the parking lot. They can't afford to remove the Visitor Parking paint on the floor of the parking lot. They can't afford the block the whole no parking area. So, they clamp my tyre when i parked my car at visitor parking when i am totally not aware of that.
