★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there for a visit. Great location and near to the causeway for frequent travellers in and out of Malaysia. Great sea view and breeze.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High density. Small pigeon hole size per unit. Not meant for family stay. The good thing: a stone throw from the general hospital Sultanah Aminah. Rentals r not cheap though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lift always Out of Order and slow recovery..Carpark Exit Slopes too small and narrow, some Guards always using hps some alert though, Cleaners foolishly used passenger lifts to move trash and bad smell in the morning. Lobby payment kiosk faulty for months! High Density and lifts crowded in morning and evening. Looks more like Medical staffs housing as many Doctors and Nurses who work at nearby hospital put up there. Management needs to buck up on service standards. Very convenient air cond small mart at lobby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Affordable rental rate for those who work at the nearby Hospital Sultanah and fancy a better than average accommodation; most tenants are local doctors and professionals; the infinity swimming pool is a perfect place to chill.
Cons: Poorly maintained and barely functional elevator with questionable safety standard; shabby and rusty gym equipment with questionable safety especially for machines such as treadmill; the ramp at the parking is too narrow and difficult to drive on with large SUV; extremely bad and unstable reception of phone signals on major wireless carriers e.g. Maxis, Celcom; management isn’t effective in resolving issues raised by tenants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High security gives one feeling secure, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and beautiful surrounding. Close to shopping areas. Lifts 3 units functioning well all the time. Car park sufficient for residents, but lacking for visitors of residents. Visitors have to park at very busy road side, dangerous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Great location for those working in HSAJB(walking distance), great views at the balcony especially units facing the stadium, wonderful sunset views, nice sea breeze.
Pros: Nice infinity pool.
Pros: Clean environment, well kept walkway and corridor cleanliness.
Cons: Some units occupied by students, generally very noisy environment, including thumping/furniture moving sounds made by upstairs neighbors late in the middle of the night. Management team response was not satisfactory to the complaint made and issues remained unresolved.
Cons: Limited carpark for visitor. Frequent visitor was required by the management to get monthly paid carpark.
Cons: Unit facing the highway has noise pollution from the traffic.(Mat rempit, large trucks)
Cons: Frequent breakdown of the lifts.
Cons: Equipment in the gym are not in good condition and it is a small gym.
Suggest those who prefer a better living environment perhaps to consider other apartments nearby if you prefer a peaceful and quiet place to stay long term.
