β β β β β I am waiting for my parcel. Call so many times at Seremban office, nobody pick up the phone. Poor customer service. I am not understand why inventory check, they have to take 2 days before out for delivery? I am definitely not recommend this company.

When I call to office/hotline and email many time already, also no pickup phones and no reply my email, can company just now get line and talk with costumer service update the system of parcel to customer or notοΌPlease be professional. Thank you

β β β β β My parcel has been stuck here for 8 days now! No 1 picks up the phone, not here and not even the customer service! Just please go bankrupt if you cant do an honest business. What Covid 19? 8 days (and counting) is not a good enough excuse to provide a very poor service! Go find my parcel

β β β β β courier service so late and inefficient. I didn't choose cj century whatsoever. I thought Jnt or shopee express will deliver my items but it's this company. it's been a month and i'll never pick your courier ever again. u're just lucky cause shopee gave u a place for courier

β β β β β My item in there few days, then I go to the office ask it, the staff friendly tell me too much parcels hard to find it , promise me will find my parcel out and send next days, then in the same day I received it. But in this covid period, staffs please better wearing a mask ,take care be health.β€
