★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order hari selasa..rabu call bgthu jumaat akan smpai..hari khamis check tracking num brg dh smpai warehouse yg jaraknya dekat sgt dgn rumah tp smpai isnin brg tak sampai2 lg!! Call hotline berpuluh kali tak angkat!!! Bad service!!!!!
 Order on Tuesday .. call on Friday will be smpai..day Thursday check tracking num brg dh smpai warehouse near close to home but smpai is not available yet !! Call hotline countless times !!! Bad service !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Promised to deliver parcel but waited 2 days and found they return cargo to sender as deliveries failed... Standby for 2 days and no call nothing and suddenly deliveries failed.... Called CS and a guy call Joel can't access to system offered no help, request to escalate the issue he told me he is the only CS there, cannot transfer line to supervisor/manager.. worse service than Skynet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wished to give a 0 star for this irresponsible courier service. My parcel is fail to deliver for 3 consecutive days and I didn't receive any call or message to inform me that my parcel is arrived at my place. Even worse, the deliver guy is not even ringing my doorbell at all! The parcel status mentioned that [ 3 DAYS NO CONTACT ] and DELIVERY FAILED. What on earth never inform and say I'm out of contact ? WORST COURIER EVER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After Cj century no more recruit 3rd party driver to helps them collect for the lazada order, everything is really going worst. Inconsistent pick up schedule, dishonest pick up driver who always provide excuse by not coming to collect the parcel. As a lazada seller its really unfair to us as at the end we will be the one complaint by the customer if the parcel not arrived on time.
