β β β β β Poor service. If possible i wish i have not engaged them. Strata applied with 1 off payment given since 6 months ago but still haven't get it done. Worst part is they do not provide a timeline and not approaching us to update status. Just keep quiet until we nudge them. Whereas my neighbors who engaged different law firm got theirs within 3 months. The PIC i deal with in this case is Carina. Anyone know possibly where can i file this complaint to their top management in a formal way?
