on Dec 2018, when I track my parcel, I found that it was stuck at CJ puchong hub for more than a week, so I try to contact the customer services, and after that they told me parcel lost, so need to provide the invoices, all the information for insurance claim, and the investigation and compensation will take about 90 days. I keep email them for the update, but until now I notice that they totally no follow up on this issue.
You can refer to the photo attached, that when I trace my parcel, this is the photo they send to me to ask if that's my parcel, I really can't imagine how bad they handle the parcels you guy send for delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Item stuck at Puchong Hub 5 days already. Call them (hundred times) if can self pickup. NO ONE ANSWER! Heck I just go there and pick it up myself!
Drove for one hour all the way from Batu Caves to Puchong Hub to collect my parcel.
All door close and only lorry driver outside. Guard told me they already moved out. He said this is Cj Coway not courier.
In the end, I wasted my time, fuel, tolls fee for nothing.
