1. Unprofessional when dealing with Customs and paper work. Took weeks to settle when they could have asked me the the documents needed from day one rather than having me to run around.
2. My equipment were found open and unboxed. The wall and the top covering were left open and exposed when delivered. Assuming it was opened during inspection by Customs, this company did not even bother to make good of the equipment covering.
3. Relating to point No 2 above, the equipment arrived at my premise open, exposed and a little dented. I have no proof where and when the damaged occurred but having an expensive equipment left exposed like this is very disconcerting and angry.
4. File a complaint and no reasonable reason or proof were given by the company.
