★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like they have moved out but there is a small door ring the bell and someone will come out to talk to you. They will not accept your parcel and they will say our rider will collect parcel from you. No one ever came and lazada cancelled my order and definitely will refund my buyers this is the worst ever experience I have had ever I never wanted to use this courier to post my orders but lazada settled it when buyer was placing order because of 12.12 sale poslaju was very busy so I would say lazada is also responsible for this mess. Unfortunately when I tried to reach lazada customer service they just waste time by saying that we have forwarded your concern to the relevant team they will get back yo you and it never happened. Very very disappointed specifically with this courier company. Stay away this is my recommendation

Shopee please change your agent. thing arrive in malaysia for 14days but it show fail delivery. call never pick up. poor service ever. so shame on you dare to open a service center but everyone rate ur service 1 star. close shop lah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i would give zero star if i could. waited for my parcel for about a month, claimed failed to deliver on the date and time when i was home & ready to receive item. try to call the center, said user busy, for the whole week! unbelievable. still havent receive my item now. smh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deserve Zero start. The worse delivery company in the world! Very slow delivery service. Status shown item unloaded at their Bangi Hub more than 1 week and no update at all. Emailed them no reply. Called their hot line for few days no one pick up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CJ, you lucky now is pandemic now or else I will just ramp in into your shop and take my stuff. Go ahead and call police, let's see who's right and who's wrong. Keeping my parcel there for weeks for what? Sick and tired and listen to the same reason of "will remind them to deliver again" or "we overloaded" over and over again. How about you put into in my shoe and understand my frustration and then I keep delay giving your salary.
