My parcel stuck there for 1 week and still no one bother on providing the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel had been updated as being delivered even though it was not. There was somebody at home at the time and date of the ‘so called’ delivery. I then arranged for a re-delivery twice….not once…but twice, yet my parcel is still stuck at the BB Bangi Poslaju. Well, I guess they have no intention to deliver my parcel at all, and expect the customers to pick their parcels up themselves. Very bad service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can I know what is the purpose of opening this branch? No one pick up the phone although i call few times. My parcel has been stuck at bangi station since 6/5/2022 around 6am. No update on my parcel. So bad to have this kind of service. Really need improvement on it. Very disappointed with this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel haven't arrived to me yet but when I checked my tracking number it said that my parcel is delivered. Can you please explain what happened? This is not the first time this has happened! Everytime I used flexiprepraid I ended up have to go to the post office to pick up the parcel! I know it's not just my parcel that you have to deliver but even if you can't deliver it on the same day, you can deliver it on the next day! Why do I have to go to the post office to pick up my parcel? I paid the delivery fee for a reason! Please fix this ASAP. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person at the counter treated like "this also you do not know ke?' She asked me to pay first despite I was filling up the form at the counter. She asked me to move to the other table when there was only 1 person entering the permise despite having other available counter opened.
Nevertheless, the delivery of items are fast.
