★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought it is a standard procedure for a courier service to give the customer a call before delivery! You gave my parcel to my neighbour eventho I am home! Luckily my neighbours are good people or else I lose couple hundreds. Fix your SOP pls or someone will sue you for negligence in near future.
