★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it said that my parcel had been delivered at the track and trace J&T website but it is not, no phone calls received plus its almost a week my parcel has been stranded at the segamat facility makes the service has been poor lately. please be more aware of the negative feedbacks you received from the customers so that you can improve your courier services.

U guys never attempt to deliver or call the receivers how could u guys actually declare tat Fail Attempt?... I really confuse ... Its third time... My three pascals all fail attempt at Labis side... All different date n month... Every time fail delivery... After 3-4 days only they try attempt deliver again...plz improve...
