The shop representative discriminated customer by rejecting the hard copy of certificate provided by government. Further more, he insulted customer by telling customer who waited for almost an hour outside the shop to Order a roll of fishing line from Internet.
Apparently, the shop representative did not follow exactly SOP set by government, instead he invented his own version of "SOP" which discriminates against customers.

Since I went there after 7.30pm, the crowd was less and he took his time to explain everything to me very patiently and also taught me how to place the hook etc. This was perhaps the best experience I got to date when purchasing in a shop
