★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought item from CKE Kepong this afternoon and delivery department just called me to arrange timing. I had requested delivery btw 1pm to 4pm during purchase. However the guy who called cant arrange this timing for me and asked me to cancel the order. So is this how CKE Holdings train your staff to tell customer in this way? I had been patronize CKE for past 3 years. Really dissapointed with today experience
