β β β β β The worse ever watch shop in USJ!!!! Replacement of BabyG battery cost RM30 and the shop owner mentioned no guarantee and receipt provided by the shop.
When I requested for my old battery many excuses was given.

β β β β β Such bad & lousy service!!. Pls don't go! Sent my watch to change parts...dead silence after 2 months. Contacted them and waited for another month plus. Finally decided to take it back & to get back my money paid earlier. Now they said they need to charge RM40 just for checking out parts on my behalf!!! After bargaining, get RM10 less. Never informed there's checking cost involved from the start! Not honest at all. The son is rude & a liar...pretending that he had forgotten to mention it. They never intend to inform in the first place. The father & son are cunning & sly in their business dealings...pls don't go there

β β β β β They misplaced my mother's expensive watch, and did not even contact to inform, my mother had to contact a couple of times only then they said they were finding for it. No cctv at the outlet btw, went over to check out and they said she can take a watch and pay half of the cost. No apology for losing the watch plus was asked to pay half of the new watch? When I spoke to an older uncle that was working at the shop, he was rude to me and told me to lodge a report, after a while an older aunty came over and spoke to my mom and told her to take another watch that cost less than RM400. I'm disappointed with the way they treated my mom, hope they can improve their services. Please be vigilant and insist on a receipt, take photos. This should not be happening to anyone else.
