Everytime i frequent here there will always be a problem with those machines. My final visit was the worst. I’ve already filled up an expensive dynamo detergent for the big no.21 machine, which also has already swallowed my RM4.50 when it suddenly started to reject my balance coins. The worst part was when i called the careline for an techical assistant, the reply that I got was ‘sorry but now we don’t have a technician on duty’ !!! Come on cleanpro!! This is at the heart of the city. Why do u run this business if u can’t practise what u basically preach ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ do not use the coin exchange machine.. they gave me mixture of 50sen and their token.. the machine only accepts 50sen but not the tokens.. and u cant refund the tokens.. and its not a currency..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It would be nice if the operator could consider to avail the toilet usage made available for customers via coin operated inside the premise too (it is a long wait)… so far the washing and drying facilities have been good… ✌️

It’s clean and safe, but trying to cross the road is a challenge during peak hour.
Cost is cheap and place has many machines.
RM 2 for cold
RM 7.50 for warm
RM 8.50 for hot
RM 3.50 for dryer
Washing takes about 22min and dryer is 24min
