The doctor who practices is particularly competent and this deserves to be emphasized.
It is possible to have on-site samples for medical tests and prices are very reasonable.
In addition it is also possible to find on the spot the medications prescribed by this exellent doctor who does not hesitate to take the time then to explain your results. The clinic is modern and particularly well maintained and clean.
The staff is welcoming and also knows how to take the time to listen to you to advise you and build your file.
This is a very good address in Kuala Lumpur in a nice and lively area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The counter and the doctor are all friendly. It is said to be the best among the many hospitals I have been to. I went twice with a stye, and she remembered me. She went there and immediately got better. At one time, my acquaintance found it in a serious condition, and she was attentive as a woman, and as a doctor, she connected a large hospital with accurate diagnosis and quick judgment. Slow diagnosis in large hospitals. In the end, her diagnosis was correct. A few days later, I asked the status of my acquaintance. I love this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a mixed up bewteen a third party servicer provider and the clinic on my appointment today. The receptionist keep informing that they are not aware of my appointment and suggested I come later ( reschedule) for a simple blood extraction which only takes less than a minute . The receptionist is close to be rude and not very friendly.
After I made an appeal, the doctor seems agitated to perform the extraction and keep reminding on the unfairness to other patient. Gosh !!!
I'm aware that the clinic works on appointment basis ( they keep reminding me that !!! ) but I'm the patient, any misccomunication should be with the service provider and not me.
I doubt I will pay this clinic a visit in the future. Simply unprofessional !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor didn't really take my tonsillitis very seriously, gave me panadols, on the shelf lozenges, and regular antibiotics. Had to see an E&T couple days later because there was no improvement.
Avoid if possible

I didn't actually remember coming here because I was so ill the last time.
I'm improving my review simply because Dr. Keily was so chirpy she brightened up my day and was attentive & detailed. Over the counter team were also friendly.
