โ โ โ โ โ I can't believe there is a clinic wedge between all the grocery shops in this busy lane. Not sure of their opening hours because each time I go to the market, its on early hours of the morning.

โ โ โ โ โ Patient management queue sucks big time. We were just here for a swab test for work and the amount of time they made us wait. Almost an hour for a swab test. I understand if it has a lot of people waiting to see the doctor but this is not the case. Those people that came in after us get to go in to see the doctor first for some reason. The nurse keeps on saying after this is your turn.... A huge LIE! It was already an anxious situation being in a clinic, and they are not making it better. We wanted to get the test done and over with it. We didn't want to stay in the clinic for so long and being exposed to germs and possibly virus around us. It is not right to make us wait for a swab test and give to others that came in later. Shouldn't it be FIFO? I understand if it's emergency....life and death situation...(but that should be in hospital already no?) I am very disappointed with the service given and huge amount of time wasted waiting and seeing others that came in later get in first.
