They make really good claypot chicken rice with the burnt portion just nice and 'crackly' enough - just the way mom likes it. Although most people only order this dish (including us), they also serve homemade Chinese herbal soup. They prepare them as early as noon so by the time they open for dinner, the soups are nicely boiled. They have a variety of soups to suit everyone.
